This Privacy Policy describes how Big Studio Discounts (the "App"), operated by Inversiones RV SpA ("Big Studio", "we", "us"), collects, uses, and protects information when a Shopify merchant installs and uses the App.

1. Information we access

When you install the App, with your authorization via Shopify, we access:

The App does not request or access your customers' personal data. We do not use the read_customers scope.

2. How we use the information

We use this information solely to provide the App's functionality: creating and managing the discounts you configure (including changing product prices when you choose a visible offer), enforcing your plan limits, and operating billing. We do not sell, rent, or share your data for advertising.

3. Data storage and security

Access tokens are stored encrypted at rest on our servers and transmitted over TLS (HTTPS). We retain only the data necessary to operate the App.

4. Data retention and deletion

When you uninstall the App, we stop accessing your store and delete your stored data. We also honor Shopify's mandatory compliance webhooks (customers/data_request, customers/redact, shop/redact); since the App stores no customer personal data, customer requests are logged and confirmed, and shop data is removed on shop redaction.

5. Third parties

The App operates within the Shopify platform and communicates with the Shopify Admin API. We do not share your data with other third parties except as required to operate the App or comply with the law.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. You can also uninstall the App from your Shopify admin at any moment.

Esta Política describe cómo Big Studio Discounts (la "App"), operada por Inversiones RV SpA ("Big Studio"), recopila, usa y protege la información cuando un comerciante de Shopify instala y usa la App.

1. Información a la que accedemos

Con tu autorización vía Shopify: datos de tu tienda (dominio, email, país, moneda), tus productos y colecciones, tus descuentos y tu estado de suscripción. La App no accede a datos personales de tus clientes (no usamos el permiso read_customers).

2. Uso de la información

Usamos esta información solo para operar la App: crear y administrar los descuentos que configuras (incluido cambiar precios cuando eliges una oferta visible), aplicar los límites de tu plan y gestionar el cobro. No vendemos ni compartimos tus datos con fines publicitarios.

3. Almacenamiento y seguridad

Los tokens de acceso se guardan cifrados y se transmiten por TLS (HTTPS). Conservamos solo los datos necesarios para operar la App.

4. Retención y eliminación

Al desinstalar la App dejamos de acceder a tu tienda y eliminamos tus datos. Cumplimos los webhooks obligatorios de Shopify (customers/data_request, customers/redact, shop/redact).

5. Terceros

La App opera dentro de Shopify y se comunica con la Admin API de Shopify. No compartimos tus datos con otros terceros salvo lo necesario para operar la App o cumplir la ley.

6. Tus derechos

Puedes solicitar acceso, corrección o eliminación de tus datos escribiéndonos, o desinstalar la App en cualquier momento.
